Building confidence, participation, and community through the FitFall Challenge.

When longtime client 901FitLife set out to promote their second annual FitFall Challenge, they wanted more than awareness. They wanted participation, momentum, and confidence.

Myndshift was tasked with developing the full campaign ecosystem, from the challenge identity and promotional materials to an integrated campaign spanning the gym’s most important touchpoints.

The goal was clear: increase sign-ups, boost member participation, and grow overall attendance beyond the previous year, while also reinforcing confidence in the women taking part. Confidence not just in showing up, but in setting goals, seeing progress, and following through.

Our approach centered on empathy. We built a campaign that made it clear owner Lisa and her team understood the real struggle many women face when it comes to fitness, and that 901FitLife was a place where those challenges were acknowledged, not judged. By speaking directly to women who don’t normally work out and addressing the barriers that often hold them back, the campaign struck a chord.

The results exceeded expectations. Attendance more than doubled compared to the previous year. Member participation increased significantly, and new member sign-ups rose sharply during the challenge period.

The FitFall Challenge didn’t just grow. It became a shared experience that strengthened the community and reinforced 901FitLife’s role as a supportive, empowering fitness destination for women.
